I’m an editor, writer, and designer based in London. I work across cultural, curatorial, academic, and design projects. I collaborate with journals, institutions, design practices, and authors to develop conceptually and critically rigorous publications. Alongside my freelance editorial practice, I’m a contributing editor at the Avery Review. Previously, I was editor-in-chief of PLAT Journal, editor of Brooklyn-based publication CLOG, and curator of the Pavilion of Turkey at the 2021 Venice Biennale. I’ve written and edited for other outlets including TBA21–Academy, Ocean Archive, XXI Architecture and Design Magazine, NYRA, and SALT Gallery.    My most recent essay “Hydropower Relations” for the Avery Review is a geologic and geopolitical history of the Tigris River, moving against the political and environmental violences of energy infrastructures. I’ve written reviews of exhibitions, films, performances such as the Elephant Gallery in London, “Sex and the so-called City” exhbition at Storefront in New York, Stefan Kaasa-Jovanovic’s solo performance “When the Clarion Came to Call,” Brooklyn’s RSVP-only underground techno scene, and Bowery’s London premiere.  Visit the About page for more information about me and the Services page for freelance editing and consultation.
